Basic criteria
- The program is designed for young people who speak French
- Clients must be between 15 and 30 years of age
- The services are limited to young people who do not participate in a regular study program offered by a high school, a university or a community or technical college
- Participants must face one or several obstacles towards employment (i.e. language barrier, need for assistance in resume and cover letter writing, newly arrived immigrants, person with disability, learning difficulties, need for guidance in career planning, living in a rural area, etc.)
- Participants must be Canadian citizens or have their permanent resident status
- The services are limited to young people who do not receive Employment‑Insurance benefits
